GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By enrolling in any of our training courses or purchasing any of our products offered by UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd (UCMHP), you agree to comply with our policies and terms and conditions.

I. UCMHP System

a. UCMHP offers training courses about the Universal Characteristic Method of Human Profiling (UCMHP), a profiling system based on mathematical science calculations, statistics, and the Pythagorean Theorem.

b. The UCMHP system is a trademark and copyrighted by UCMHP Academy Pte. Ltd. Any unauthorized use or replication of the system is prohibited by law.

c. The course content and system are grounded in simple, time-tested, and scientifically proven principles.

II. Registration

a. Enrollment: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete personal information. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject enrollments at its discretion.

b. Partial Payment (50% Down Payment): Trainees who opt for a 50% down payment may attend classes. However, access to any bonuses included in the course package is withheld until full payment is received.

c. Digital Payment Installments (for example: Atome/Grab PayLater): Trainees who pay via Atome or Grab PayLater are granted immediate access to classes and any purchased products or services, regardless of their payment installment plan.

d. Full Payment Requirement: Access to all products and services (e.g., 9UCA Profiling Tool, Books, Analysis Session, MvR Card) is contingent upon full payment.

III. Payment Method:

a. Payments can be made via the designated payment methods provided by UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd, including a Payment Link, which can be paid with a card, bank transfer, or PayNow.

b. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd Pte. Ltd. also offers payment via:

- Atome

- Grab PayLater

- ShopeePay/SPayLater

- ShopBackPay

- PromptPay (Thailand)

- QRPH (Philippines)

- Unified Payments Interface (India)

- WeChatPay (China)

IV. Course Materials:

a. Course materials, including Zoom details for online courses, will be sent three (3) business days before the course date.

b. Video recording or presentation sharing is prohibited, as they are used for internal evaluation of training quality and standards.

V. Course Completion and Certification:

a. Trainees will receive a certificate of completion, provided they have completed payment and attended the full course.

b. Trainees are required to submit the Enrollment Form upon registration to ensure access to course materials and certificate processing. Failure to submit the form will result in restricted access to course materials and the inability to process the certificate.

VI. Intellectual Property:

a. All course content, materials, and intellectual property rights belong to UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd.

b. No part of the course content or materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission from UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd.

VII. Code of Conduct:

a. All trainees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful, professional, and ethical behavior.

b. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate enrollment, deny access, and file legal action against anyone found in violation of the code of conduct, under the governing law of Singapore.

VIII. Limitation of Liability:

a. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd and its trainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the course materials or participating in the courses.
