a. Our installment plan allows you to pay for your course or product in up to three equal payments with 0% interest.

b. For extended installment options:

a. For product purchases, orders will only be fulfilled upon receiving full payment. However, if payment is made through Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers, such as Atome or Grab PayLater, which partner with UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd., fulfillment will proceed accordingly.

a. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the installment plan for products and/or services for late or non-payment, and the amount paid upfront is non-refundable.

b. A late payment fee of 3% of the payable amount will be charged for each month of delayed payment.

a. The installment plan is strictly non-refundable once the first payment is made. In case of withdrawal from the course, the payment will not be refunded, but can be kept as credit to be used for enrolling in other courses or purchasing products or services from UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd within 12 months from the approved date.

b. However, if a client insists on a refund, a 10% administrative fee and a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total payment before the refund is processed.

a. Any changes to the installment plan, such as adjusting the number of installments or payment dates, must be requested and approved by UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd in writing via email.

b. If a client chooses to extend their installment period, interest charges and any applicable additional fees will apply based on the selected duration.

a. Payments can be made via the designated payment methods provided by UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd, including a Payment Link, which can be paid with card, bank transfer, or PayNow.

- ShopeePay/SPayLater

- ShopBackPay

- PromptPay (Thailand)

- QRPH (Philippines)

- Unified Payments Interface (India)

a. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the installment plan if the terms and conditions are not adhered to. In such cases, any payments made will not be refunded, and the course enrollment or product purchase may be canceled.
