By enrolling in any training course or purchasing any of our products offered by UCMHP Academy, you agree to comply with our policies and terms and conditions.
Course Registration Refund
- Refunds will not be accepted if the course package inclusions or bonus items have been claimed.
- Trainees who wish to cancel their registration must notify UCMHP Academy via email more than 30 calendar days before the start of the course to be eligible for a refund.
- A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to compensate for the payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
Product or Service Refund
- Requests for a refund or cancellation of an order (not applicable to course registration) must be submitted within 14 calendar days upon purchase. The physical item must be in its original condition and not used or consumed.
I. Refund Table
100% Refund
(Less Administrative Fees)
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the course commencement date.
No Refund
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course commencement date or after the course has started.
II. Processing
Refunds will be processed within 3 - 7 business days from the date the Refund Application Form is received.
III. Shipping Cost
If a physical product has been shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
IV. Transaction Fees
Refunds do not cover any transaction fees incurred during the purchase, including credit card processing fees.
V. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Refund Policy.
I. General Principles:
a. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd management.
b. All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the official Refund Application Form.
c. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of approval.
II. Course Registration Refunds:
a. Refunds are not available if any course package inclusions or bonus items have been accessed or claimed.
b. If a refund is exceptionally approved despite the above, a 15% deduction (comprising a 10% administrative fee and a 5% cancellation fee) will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.
III. Product Refunds:
a. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., 9UCA Profiling Tool, e-Books), all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.
b. Physical Products:
- Refunds for physical products are only considered for items returned in their original, undamaged condition within two (2) business days of receipt.
- Products showing signs of damage, tearing, or creasing are ineligible for refunds.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
IV. Return Shipping:
a. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of physical products. UCMHP Academy Pte Ltd is not responsible for organizing or facilitating return shipments.
V. Acknowledgement:
a. By submitting a refund request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
